Alex is a certified Flow Coach with over two decades of experience helping high-achieving professionals find their optimal state, elevate their performance and continually reach new heights.

Alex has a deep understanding of the science behind what makes us humans tick. She prides herself on turning theory into practical advice in the real world.

Her backstory is one of personal reinvention.

Growing up, Alex was told she wasn’t good enough, leading her and everyone around her to underestimate her potential.

In her 20s, a series of serendipitous moments made her realise that her inner game was everything. She set ambitious goals, immersed herself in learning and self-experimentation and embraced the uncomfortable to achieve her dreams.
